I have a fuel rewards app on my phone that can be used with or without a debit/credit card, the clerk inside at the register I went to had never heard of it so she asked for help. The other clerk refused to let me use my rewards because I didn't have a card to use stating that their system wasn't set up for it. That she had never done one like that. I offered her my phone where I had the instructions pulled up for her to use. She refused to even look just got all mad saying well pur system is not set up that way. She was very rude about it not to mention cost me extra money. My reward was for $.30 off a gallon up to 20 gal. Not a good experience at all
