    They made a mistake and accidentally gave me the wrong clothes.

    Hey, mistakes happen, the question then becomes how are you going to own / correct your mistake? I didn’t notice the mistake until I got home. I called. They apologized and then said they would deliver my clothes and grab the others. Well done.

    I really appreciate how they handled it.
