Dropped off 3 packages to be returned, one of which has come up missing. When I called I spoke to a very rude man who only seems to know the words “I don’t know.” They can’t find any tracking information on the package, hindering me from receiving a $230 refund from the company I’m returning it to. They’ve been extremely unhelpful in assisting me. I’m sure they have security cameras that can show me dropping off this package. I’m a mother and a full one student who can’t afford to be out $230 because their employees did not do their job correctly. I even double checked as I received one receipt that all three packages were scanned and I was assured that they were. Now I’m 6 hours away and won’t be able to locate that receipt until at least January 3rd. This is something I should not have to be stressing over during the holidays.
